Default two ingredient recipes

I tried the Nutella recipe yesterday (caution: you need to read the
recipes carefully). It calls for a 7 inch springform pan, which I do
have but it's probably in a downstairs cupboard since my kitchen was
remodeled because I didn't see it upstairs... so I used a 7 inch pie
pan. The recipe does not call for additional sugar (which would have
been another ingredient), so the only sugar it contains is in the
Nutella.

The result was pretty good (not great). But hey - it's only two
ingredients and I like the concept. All you need is a stand mixer so
you can start the eggs beating and walk away. I've done that kind of
egg beating with a hand mixer in the past and it can be done, but
you're stuck standing there holding the mixer for 6-7 minutes and not
doing anything else.

I should try the broccoli + garlic hummus recipe. That could be good.

I was thinking about putting it on my list too. I have hummus, just
need to buy some broccoli.

Thanks for the website, that's kind of fun. The cake does look
good, but then ... Nutella, I'm going to think it looks good.

Flourless Nutella cookies are to die for... but they have added sugar.

To die for? I certainly would, given my potentially fatal allergy to hazelnuts. ;-P

U'mmm, did I miss something? I saw 34 pretty jpeg's, but I thought
'recipes' were supposed to have, like, you know, quantities and directions
and things?

I have "search google for image" on my right click menu, so that part
didn't bother me - here's one with hot links to click.

PS: You need a digital kitchen scale to make the Nutella recipe.

Ganache! Two ingredients, cream and chocolate! 1/2-1 cup cream per lb
of chopped chocolate. Bring cream to boil, dump in chopped chocolate
and stir, stir, stir. And shut off or turn heat to low. Cool to room
temp to set up. Use for truffles, coating a cake, etc. Best way to eat
chocolate EVAH!
