Pork Chop Bites
Pork Chop Bites. Pork chops cut into bite size pieces, quickly sauteed in butter and rice bran oil until golden brown. The haricot vert were also quickly sauteed in butter and finished with sliced almonds. Both were served alongside some beautiful fresh tomato slices.
