Default Hamburgers are getting bigger in some establishments

The steak house I worked at when going to high school had some excellent hamburgers. They were about 4 to 5 oz. Probably the best burger I ever had. Cooked over sigh briquettes, but they were superb. Now the same restaurant has an 8 oz. burger. And some restaurants carry bigger burgers still. Look at some of the crap: 5 4oz. patties. It's disgusting some of those burgers.
