I did something delicious! Bacon grease!!!
I made what I call my "standard meal" composed of a ground beef patty,
1/2 a big ole Yukon Gold baked potato and a serving of green beans. But recent talk here reminded me that I have a tupperware thing of bacon grease from Christmas in the back ofg my refrigerator so I used some to replace the EVOO I normally use to cook the beef patty in and on the nuked greeen beans!
