Ophelia, would you please dig out your recipe for bangers and post the
seasoning mixture + how much meat it's for? I haven't liked bangers
in the past for the same reason I dislike meatballs and meatloaf...
over use of breadcrumbs. However this recipe has eliminated
breadcrumbs, so these bangers appeal.

I'd like to compare your seasoning mixture to this one and maybe make
my own version.
