Key lime pie
I watched ep 8 of Great Chefs, Great Cities, where chef John Caluda
makes a key lime pie. OK, I can get all the details from the video, all except the amt of key lime juice. I got all the stuff, including a bag of key limes, spring form pans, etc. Now, only need the amt of juice called for. Anyone have this cookbook? I'm guessing at least 1/2 cup. Whatdya think? nb |
