Peel and dice a small/medium taro, put on to steam.
Dice one onion, start frying in oil with: 3 teaspoons Guizhou chilli black bean paste/sauce 3 rounded teaspoons minced ginger 2 rounded teaspoons minced garlic Slice 2 chicken breasts, add, and fry. When chicken is cooked, add rounded tablespoon red miso dark soy sauce and fry for a bit. Add some chopped Chinese greens, some tomato paste (perhaps 2 tablespoons), and water (approx 2 cups). Simmer for a short while, or until taro is cooked. Add taro, and mix. Serve. |
