Sgroppino
A dessert I found in several restaurants in the Veneto region. I love
it, so I hunted for the recipe and here it is (very simple too).
Sgroppino
Per person: a very small liquor glass of vodka, half a glass of fizzy
dry white wine (it should really be Prosecco), two lemon icecream
scoops (no lemon sherbet, real creamy icecream).
Put all ingredients in a blender, set on high for at least a minute.
The result must be creamy and frothy. Serve in Champagne glasses, no
spoon needed.
