Default PCP (not the drug!)

No, I mean pressure cooking pork.

I might try this today if I can get to the mkt when Mom goes down for
her post-breaky nap. It's a recipe for The Ultimate Cuban Sandwich.

I'm more impressed by how he cooks the pork, in a P/C. His use of
orange/lime juice and chkn stk is how I make carnitas. I always do it
in my "big orange". Never tried it in a P/C, though it's about time I
did. Way faster and less flavor loss.

Not so impressed by the sandwich, itself. Specially since I haven't a
clue what a Cuban bread roll is and couldn't get one even if I did.
Any viable substitutes? Also, impossible to get decent Swiss cheese,
hereabouts. Only sprmkt dreck. Beside, that sandwich can't be
anywhere near as good as the Torta Cubano they make at a little Mex
mkt a couple blocks from where my daughter lives, in CA. I am so
spoiled by that torta. It should be on ANY top 10 USA sammy list, be
it book, blog, or food show.

BTW, who the heck is this Tyler Florance guy? Sorry, but can't
prevent pictures of Carol Brady from dancing through my brain pan
whenever I hear that name.

He's had shows on the Food Network for years. Pretty good cook.
