Rack of lamb crusted with cubeb pepper, cumin, and kosher salt, served with
chocolate mint oil[1]

Spaghetti squash with a "pesto" made from avocado, pistachios, and Graber
olives

Tuscan kale with piquillo peppers, caramelized onions, and black beans


We would have had watermelon for dessert, but we were too stuffed.

[1] The chocolate mint oil was made by blending grapeseed oil with the
leaves from a couple big sprigs off our chocolate mint plant. There was no
actual chocolate involved.
