Default Carrot Top Citrus Pesto


I had some carrot tops that were too beautiful to discard so, long
story short, I made them into a pesto.

Here's what I did. One meal I served it on pasta, and for lunch today
I had it with swordfish. Do don't throw those carrot tops away.
