know where he stands on animal fat.

Well maybe he needs to rethink his stand on it. Bacon fat goes with
everything I tell ya!!!

I hear you, but he's got a couple of coronary stents that he doesn't
want to clog up. In face, we had a "heated discussion" just this
morning about how he cuts all the fat off bacon meat before he cooks
it. WTF? Eat something else and don't ruin my bacon like that.

Agrees with you, bacon fat rocks. I used the rest of my bacon fat, when
I cooked beans, yesterday, so it is time to cook more bacon. My health
is just fine, so a little bacon fat won't hurt me.
