Default Big Discounts on Many Shun Knives and Sets

I've had a nice set of wooden handled knives for maybe 20 years or so and
the handles are like brand new still. I've never soaked them or put into a
dishwasher. Anytime I use one, I hand wash it immediately after use. I don't
usually dry them off immediately but just put onto the rack to air dry.

Plastic handled knives go into soak or a dishwasher.
