![]() I was looking at mignonette sauce recipes and got side tracked by this <http://marxfood.com/preserved-lemon-vinaigrette-recipe/> I think I'll give it a try soon, since I have some hanging out in the refrigerator. -- Food is an important part of a balanced diet. |

I haven't made mayonnaise in my little FP that has no way to dribble the oil in (I like the stick blender method for that anyway), but it makes every other dressing I've ever wanted emulsified (but not mayonnaise-like) just fine. -- Food is an important part of a balanced diet. |
