Default alternative use for preserved lemon

I was looking at mignonette sauce recipes and got side tracked by this
<http://marxfood.com/preserved-lemon-vinaigrette-recipe/>
I think I'll give it a try soon, since I have some hanging out in the
refrigerator.

Interesting in that the food processor shown, despite instructions to
add things while running, does not seem to be one which allows it. I've
got one of those small Cuisinarts and very useful it is. I'll bet it
will work adding components in small batches.

I haven't made mayonnaise in my little FP that has no way to dribble
the oil in (I like the stick blender method for that anyway), but it
makes every other dressing I've ever wanted emulsified (but not
mayonnaise-like) just fine.

That looks good. I need to start a new batch of lemons and use up what I
currently have in the fridge.
