Default White Cat Popcorn Review.

So my box from Sur La Table arrived today. Just popped up some of the corn
and...well...meh.

It does taste sweet. Perhaps too sweet. It didn't pop up to as much volume
as I expected. Most all other popcorn I have tried gave me a lot more
volume of popped corn for the amount of kernels I put in. I popped it like
I always do. Only a couple of old maids. But the texture is a bit tough.
Honestly the Arrowhead Mills is a lot better. The stuff from the health
food store is better. And I think maybe I even like the Orville Redenbacher
stuff better. So now I have three jars of this stuff and...meh.

I also bought three jars of tomato products that I haven't tried yet and
some berry colored kitchen accessories that I really didn't need, except to
bring me up to the total to get free shipping. There's a little colander, a
little silicone folding colander and a garlic peeler. If it works, I will
like the garlic peeler. Every time I try to peel the stuff I get some
shoved under my thumbnail.

I actually still have a little bowl of this White Cat popcorn sitting in
front of me now. And I'm not even tempted to eat it. That's how meh I
think it is.

So... Daughter admitted that she didn't like it. The stuff is just faaar
too sweet! Reminds me of Kettle Korn and I freaking hate that stuff. Only
seems to have a sweet taste and no corn taste. It's as though they steeped
it in sugar.

Not sure what I will do with the open jar. But I sure don't want to eat it
again and neither does my daughter. Will take the unopened jars my mom.
Actually better still I might take her the opened jar and if she likes it,
I'll give her another one and maybe pass one off to my nephew. Either that
or I'll give them to the food bank or maybe pass them off to one of the
receptionists at the dance studio. Her family seems to eat most anything.

Why would anyone order multiple jars of something when they don't even
know if they'll like it?
