Default Tomato (Plus) Soup

I found a recipe that sounded really good, but I made a variation of
it... and just found out that I didn't have a new idea after all. I
used a Trader Joe's boxed soup and "took liberties" with it.

I whizzed up half a stalk of celery, a quarter of a small onion, and
sauteed for 10 minutes+ before doing anything else. After that
mixture was soft, I added a cam of whizzed up Italian style tomatoes
and then the boxed soup - yes, I rinsed out the box with a little
water which I added to the soup. Oh. YUM!

Other additions were lentils (brown) - cooked 20 min or until soft and
precooked rice - not much of either one.
