The nuggets are a part of the miracle process by which we get additional chickens into the flocks. They are also a causative factor in most motor vehicle vs pedestrian chicken accidents. Which as might be guessed stems from the motivational factors for an avian so equipped to want to cross the road to make miracles happen..where some of them gets run over.
