My class makes these every year. We incorporate lessons about solid
shapes, measurement, and reading, understanding, and following directions. Turn a sugar ice cream cone upside down. Frost it with green frosting. Decorate with red hots, M&M's, peppermints, etc. http://tinyurl.com/cfmnkgn http://www.google.com/search?q=sugar+cone+christmas +tree&hl=en&client=ubuntu&hs=xsn&tbo=d&channel=fs& source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=kwXRUNqJFoGE9QTZ1YGwC A&ved=0CAoQ_AUoAA&biw=1301&bih=678 Tara |

Those are really cute. While surfing the net the other day I ran across
a website where you bake cake inside sugar cones propped up, like cupcakes. |

Those were common when I was a kid. They sold them at the little corner store that had a marshmallow on top of the cake. |
