Default I changed my mind

As I wrote in another thread I have a couple of frozen meatloafs ready
to cook but I've decided I want to make one of them into meatballs.
Double duty pre-made food.

Meatball soup is good. I've been thinking about making albondigas
lately.

I've never tried meatball soup. I baked the meatballs but ate them as if
they were meatloaf slices. Difference was the surface browning; more on
meatballs than meatloaf, and I liked it better that way. I have more
left for my leftover spaghetti that I made for chicken parmesan yesterday.
