As I wrote in another thread I have a couple of frozen meatloafs ready
to cook but I've decided I want to make one of them into meatballs. Double duty pre-made food. ![]() |

Difference was the surface browning; more on meatballs than meatloaf, and I liked it better that way. I have more left for my leftover spaghetti that I made for chicken parmesan yesterday. |
