Bought some Moreton Bay Bugs fresh off the trawler, and cooked them up.
Outside, on a 'ripple' grill/frypan, with some melted Duck River butter
with garlic, lemon, parsley and chives mixed in, as the baste.

The SO wanted hers with salad, so she got it.
I just had Bugs and dressing :-)

The dressing is Mountain River Yoghurt and Balsamic dressing, and goes
fantastically with seafood.
