Japanese dentist Hideki Watanabe has invented a pot that stirs itself, thanks to
a series of ridges on its sides. The product is being called Kuru-Kuru Nabe, or ³pot round and round.² According to a roughly translated article on TV Tokyo, the grooves cause the water to boil in such a way that creates a vortex. It also produces more even and efficient heating, and less foaming means the pot is less likely to boil over. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/0...4.html?icid=ma ing-grid10|htmlws-main-bb|dl7|sec3_lnk3%26pLid%3D165877 |
