Saw an ad for wild salmon in the paper yesterday. $16 a pound! Wow? Could

We have Copper River Sockeye in our local Fred Meyer for 9.99 whole, 14.99 filet. I did spring for a small piece last night as the kid was gone and it was just the 2 of us. We grilled on the Weber- good stuff! |

Given the choice between farmed Atlantic salmon or wild west coast salmon, I will go for the latter. I like it a lot more. |
