Default Dances with black and white cookies

I think black-and-white cookies are kind of unique. At least I think the
ones with a firm icing are unique. The ones with soft frosting are kind of
like cupcakes.

The black-and-white cookies I've been eating (from NY) have a very firm
icing. It's almost like a thin candy wafer.

This icing sits on top of a firm but somewhat cake-like cookie.

It's kind of like a combination between a cake-like cookie and a
candy/confection.
