Crap!! I got no 1 qt canning jar or any other similar glass container. Will a
tupperware kinda container work OK?

You don't need a one quart jar. Use whatever jam jar you have lying
around. You only need to preserve one lemon or even half a lemon,
because you don't need very much for that recipe.
