I'm sending our one granddaughter in college a box for Valentine's Day,
and asked her what she would like me to make to stick in the box, as
always send cookies, candy, or some kind of homemade goody. Yesterday
when I talked to her, she said she wanted Strawberry Bread.

The only recipe that comes to mind is one I've made with strawberry jam
and has a little lemon extract in it too, but the last time I made it, I
didn't think it was quite as good as I'd remembered it.

If you have a TNT recipe for a Strawberry Bread, would you please post
it here? Thanks, I'd really appreciate it!

P.S. She doesn't care for nuts, but I could probably omit them, if the
recipe calls for any.
