Default Your Favorite Way To Prepare Fish & What Kind?

My favorite is Brodetto Ancona, which is actually brodetto made with
all small fish ie, whatever small fish is the "catch of the day".

Goatfish, little basses and cods, small cuttlefish and soles or small
turbots, mackerels, anchovies, sardines, etc... , with some shrimp
and calamari or squids.

All cooked with parsley and garlic in a tomato juice with a bit of
white-wine vinegar.
