Looks like an interesting bacon recipe to try. It's a particularly
intriguing recipe since one of its ingredients is the 1-cup of coffee!
I have to assume the recipe meant 1-cup of liquid coffee, even though
its instructions don't specify what sort of coffee to use - liquid,
ground, instant (unlikely?), etc. (??). Likewise, it's doubtful the
recipe meant 1-cup of freshly ground coffee should be used!!??? Not
easy to discern by the written instructions, especially for any newbie
cook. Thanks again

Sky, I *know* the special relationship you have with bacon - so I do
what I can to keep you two together... LOL! Every time I see bacon
as a major ingredient, I think "sky needs to see this recipe". Please
let me know when it becomes a PITA and I'll stop. Until then,
hopefully - it's as much fun for you as it is for me.

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.
