when i got my first dog in early eighties, there was still a quarenteen, it
has only changed in the last few years, pretty cool though, they fixed it so
if you did travel it included human accomodations and walking paths to
exercise the dog, then you could kennel the dog and travel outside the
quarenteen area, Lee
