Some is. I make and put up my own because it's a lot less expensive and because I can tailor it to my taste, but there are excellent jars for sail. Try Casa Visco when you have the opportunity. http://www.casavisco.com/

I like their cheeses, dried mushrooms, fingerling potatoes and wonder of wonders -- Jersey tomatoes in season.

Another person that loves those pesky auto spell checkers!

I also make and can my own pasta sauces using the Ball canning book. Not
because it is cheaper, because it tastes so much better without all those
exotic preservatives.
