So I know we are the dairy state but still...the WI State Fair has announced
a restaurant is going to be serving deep fried butter this year with dipping
sauces. Apparently, they already do it at the TX State Fair.

Last year a restaurant at the WI fair was serving chocolate covered bacon.

I've eaten chocolate covered bacon. It's nothing special.

I'd love some of those Wisconsin fried cheese curds.
