Tortilla anyone?
I suspect that what we can buy ready-made such as a tortilla here in the
Gulf Coast on the Alabama line has been shipped and setting in a boxcar for months or years. So. I'm wondering if I couldn't make a tortilla that was lots better than what's offered at the Very limited grocery store. We grow wheat and corn here but let's not get that drastic/basic. Anyone actually make their own tortilla? Okay. I've been accused of being a control freak. I am. I have to be. I like to know what's in what I'm serving. Anyone with a DIY on tortilla? Polly |
