If you can get the person to make the thing under your eyes, be sure to stop him or her and measure everything. My English mother did that with my French grandmother. It changed life forever for everyone in the family. Cracked coffee cups were actually altered into standards we could all understand. Plus my mother's cooking improved to a lever that she was known over a lot of New England as "that great cook." |
