Default If you really wanted to screw with a contestant on "Chopped"

What would you include in the baskets if you wanted to flummox the chefs on
"Chopped"?

Each basket (appetizer, main course, and dessert) contains four "must-use"
ingredients, and the contestants are given varying amounts of time for each
course. Here's what I'm thinking:

Appetizer (20 minutes):
chocolate-vanilla pudding cups
white grapefruit
deli macaroni salad
smoked oysters

Main Course (45 minutes):
sea cucumbers
coffee-flavored syrup
Miracle Whip
durian

Dessert (30 minutes):
natto
anchovies
retsina
balut

I think I could actually make this one work. The trick is rinsing the
sauerkraut well, draining it, and then broiling to give it a
toasted-coconut-like texture.

Kudos on the other (*shudder*) suggestions!

I've made a beer and sauerkraut fudge cake. It was okay the first day
but after that the beer flavor kept getting stronger and stronger.
I've also made a tomato soup cake. Neither one is something I would
ever make again.
