What would you include in the baskets if you wanted to flummox the chefs on
"Chopped"? Each basket (appetizer, main course, and dessert) contains four "must-use" ingredients, and the contestants are given varying amounts of time for each course. Here's what I'm thinking: Appetizer (20 minutes): chocolate-vanilla pudding cups white grapefruit deli macaroni salad smoked oysters Main Course (45 minutes): sea cucumbers coffee-flavored syrup Miracle Whip durian Dessert (30 minutes): natto anchovies retsina balut Bob |

It was okay the first day but after that the beer flavor kept getting stronger and stronger. I've also made a tomato soup cake. Neither one is something I would ever make again. |
