Recipe: 3 lbs caramel (from candy making supply store) 1 tbs water 1 tsp citric acid (ground fine) 35 drops raspberry flavor 10 drops red food color Warm caramel + water, mix thoroughly, then add citric acid, flavor and color. Mic well then spread on plastic lined baking pan to cool. Cut into strips with pastry wheel, then into individual pieces, form nicely and dip in milk chocolate. Drizzle dark chocolate to decorate.
