Nanaimo Bars
I was thinking they might be converted easily over to gluten free. http://www.thethreecheeses.com/2010/nanaimo-bars/ Got any tricks to share? I have no idea what arrowroot crumbs are. -- Never trust a dog to watch your food. |

I have no idea what arrowroot crumbs are. I did make them GF and egg free, but I don't have the recipe. I just remember that they didn't go over really well. They were just waaaaay too sweet for anyone's taste. I don't know what a Nanaimo bar is supposed to taste like. I never had one before I made them. My mom said she had them before but didn't like them. I do remember using powdered Jell-O pudding for the custard. I probably used instant, but I really don't remember. It was several years ago. |
