Default perfecting hummus

Loving the creamy texture that I got from removing the skins from the
chick peas. I think I have that down pat. Added 5 cloves roasted
garlic cloves. But screwed up on the sesame oil - the recipe called
for 1/2 T. I should have stuck to 1 teaspoon. And perhaps a tad much
lemon juice. Next week it will be better. Excited about trying my
pickles on Sunday though, I've waited eight weeks. e.
