I made the first batch last Friday, one a variation, one plain. We
snarfed up the one with the olives and cheese and garlic. Did not get to the second loaf until maybe 2-3 days ago (Monday-Tuesday). I was going to toast some this morning and discovered it has begun to mold. Dang. Bird food. Second batch of three loaves (one pound each) went into the freezer. Today's batch will also be frozen (at least the two loaves with the olives, garlic, and Swiss cheese). As with the second, I used some ww flour (just one cup) in today's batch. I believe I will made 1# loaves in the future; we will go through that size quicker than a 1-1/2# loaf. -- Barb, Mother Superior, HOSSSPoJ Holy Order of the Sacred Sisters of St. Pectina of Jella "Always in a jam, never in a stew; sometimes in a pickle."
