Default Non Diary Topping

Searching for Hy-N'Dry non- dairy ready to whipped topping powder after
local bakery told me it's what they use on their cream pies.

Called cake speciality stores in my area plus markes but no go & bakery
won't sell this product to public.

Tried online another no go, can anyone tell me where to buy or order
this product?

TIA.

Is there a reason you want that specific brand? There are plenty of
brands of non-dairy toppings. Powdered, liquid like Coffee Rich, or
already foamed like some frozen brands. You should be able to read the
labels of coffee creamer powders and find a non-dairy one that should be
extremely similar to that specific brand. It might even be the same
product marketed differerntly.

Is there a reason you don't want to use dairy? Plenty of people are
dairy intolerant but if you aren't one of them go ahead and use a dairy
product.

I did a little reading on the subject yesterday and one of the reasons
is that a caked frosted with real whipped cream needs to be kept under
refrigeration because the whipped cream will melt if it's not.

Forget the health food. I need all the preservatives I can get.
