Default Hurry quick ...spanakopita dip

I got a buncha cheapo pre-fab frozen spanakopita thingies cooling. I
don't expect much. So little, in fact, I think they'll need a dip to
provide any kinda zest. Greeks seem to be sadly lacking in any kinda
dips or zesty flavor enhancements. Any suggestions?

Y'all got some soy sauce, honey, and hot sauce? Mix together, warmed or room
temperature, and use as dipping sauce.

Too late. I tried one.

While the filo crust came out OK, I've had more filling in a tooth
cavity. The remaining triangles just might provide enough flammable
material to start a fire.

Thanks anyway.

Tzatziki? Or spice up some yogurt with lemon and maybe a bit of cayenne.
