I got a buncha cheapo pre-fab frozen spanakopita thingies cooling. I
don't expect much. So little, in fact, I think they'll need a dip to provide any kinda zest. Greeks seem to be sadly lacking in any kinda dips or zesty flavor enhancements. Any suggestions? nb |

While the filo crust came out OK, I've had more filling in a tooth cavity. The remaining triangles just might provide enough flammable material to start a fire. ![]() Thanks anyway. nb |
