Default Mmmmm! I just made the yummiest curried chicken!!!

Remember all those spices I bought the other day? ;-)

I don't have a recipe STS, but this:

1 skinless boneless chicken breast split thick-wise
cook in a small fry pan on Med in olive oil
Grind black pepper and sprinkle with cayenne as it cooks, turning
frequently

When 1/2 to 3/4 done turn heat down to low, mince one clove fresh
garlic, 1 tsp curry powder, 1/4 tsp each paprika, cumin, tumeric,
coriander and powdered ginger. Add 1/3 can cocoanut milk, 1 tbs
cashews and 1 tbs raisins. Flip and remove breasts from pan and dice
into chunks. Return to pan, mix with pan ingredients and sprinkle
liberally with paprika. Bring to simmer and cook down for about 5
mins. Serve next to rice and enjoy!

I am! :-)

Sounds like you've got a good flavor base, I like a lot more vegetables in
my curries. I'd have added onions, bell peppers, eggplant, and cauliflower.
