Default Freezing preserved lemon

My jar of preserved lemons is down to the bottom third and it's been
around a while.

I decided to take the lemons out, wash off the pulp and salt, put them
in a freezer bag
and pop them in the freezer.

I don't know if freezing them will change the flavors but it probably
will make them even
softer when I go to use them..

We'll see.
