Okay, thanks to all of you that responded in time.
I thought I knew all this stuff...but guess I didn't...LOL Anyway, the spatchcock chicken is on the grill... I am torn between cooking it all on the direct heat side, or indirect. I am sort of doing both. Those of you that I know on Facebook know I was marinating a chicken to grill tonight... What do you all do? If a chicken is spatchcocked..do you cook it entirely on direct heat, or indirect heat? Or both? So far, it looks good. I hope it is done..LOL Tomorrow, I am going to try grilling a pizza. Never done it before..so give me your best tips now. Christine |
