Default Himalayan salt and dinner tonight

http://www.salariumargentum.com.au/products.html

I picked up a packet of the Black, and a packet of the Pink. Going to use
some tonight with the smashed potatos, steamed whole green beans, and
roughly chopped steamed carrots....... all to accompany the free range
roast chook that's about to go into the benchtop convection oven.

"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell
peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the
dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an
ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."

Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous
