Hi All
When I cook chops etc in my frying pan there is usually a layer of fat left on the bottom of the pan. What I usually do is wash the pan after each use, but someone told me I dont have to. So my question is 'will that fat poison me if I leave it there for the next time I cook' ? Or should I continue to throw it out and wash the pan each time? Thansk in advance David |
