Default Neat & Unsual Things to Cook on a Kettle BBQ

Hi Folks,

Well, what can I say, except that I am extremely pleased with the
results gained from my first full cooking day with the Weber (Smokey
Joe) Premium Portable Kettle BBQ. Took it out on a weekend camping
expedition and from go to whoa, this unit performed flawlessly.
Sizzled up some delicious pork chops, sweet potatoes wrapped in tin
foil, and, surprisingly, a crispy on the outside yet fluffy on the
inside loaf of supermarket-bought garlic and herb bread. I’m sure my
results DO not compare to what a lot of you here on RFC have been able
to achieve with your kettles, but for a first attempt, I am quite
pleased with my attempts.

Actually, as I was munching away on my delectable herb bread, I kinda
got to thinking – what are some other food items I could cook on the
Smokey Joe that one might not initially think would be possible to do
on a kettle bbq?

Love to hear your thoughts/experiences folks!

Kind Regards,
Brian

Vegetables do very well... and there has been talk of pizza on the
grill, but I've never tried that myself.

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.

Don't bother. It's a screwball idea.

Bah! It's an outstanding idea!

Easily screwed up by bad implementation. And keep BBQ sauce off my
pizza!!
