A tortilla pizza would be a pizza with strips of tortilla
as a topping. Something maybe Wolfgang Puck would do.

Steve the literalist. We've never made a tortilla pizza, but we've made
french bread and english muffin pizzas. Yup! Strips of bread on pizza!
