Goes just fine in coffee and tea. You can also freeze it.

(SHUDDER!!!)

You just bought back memories of tubes of condensed milk in the Rat-Packs
we used to have out bush. I used to love it back then.

But *sweet*!! Can't handle the sweet coffee / tea anymore. It has to be
white-no sugar, or black-no sugar.

But........ for Kajikit..........

Apricot Balls

* 8 ounces dried apricots, finely chopped
* 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
* 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
* more flaked coconut or finely chopped pecans for rolling

Preparation:
Process chopped apricots and coconut in a food processor until thoroughly
combined. Add sweetened condensed milk; process until combined. Pour
mixture into a dish; refrigerate until firm, about 30 to 45 minutes. Place
waxed paper on a baking sheet; set aside. Place additional coconut or
finely chopped pecans in a shallow bowl. Shape apricot mixture into balls
about 1-inch in diameter. Roll in coconut; place on waxed paper.
Refrigerate until firm. Store in an airtight container in the
refrigerator. Makes about 24 balls.
