How to use up half a can of condensed milk?

Hot fudge topping.

My usual "recipe" is one 15oz can sweetened condensed milk to two 1oz
squares of unsweetened baking chocolate. For your half can use one 1oz
square. Melt the chocolate in a pan over low heat, then stir in the SCM.
That's pretty much it.

Yessss! It's a pretty quick sauce to make, too.
