When we did live in snow country, dad had made a large, long handled
scraper out of lumber and regularly scraped the snow off of our roof
during a snow storm. ;-) Seems daddy was no dummy...

I suppose so, but the shelter I have is clearly marked not to be out in
snow or heavy storms, not to mention I am away a lot and might not be
there to be so smart
