Default Chilean Bass

I've been buying the Chilean bass from costco (individually wrapped
pieces,) and find it so delicious. I love shellfish, but I don't like
fish too much (especially if I have to be picking out bones.)

But this fish is so succulent and delicious.

I take the chunk, coat it with EVOO (I know, cooking with it is not what
it's meant for, but I find that if you broil with it, it adds
flavors,) then salt. Broil it for 3 to 5 minutes per side, add some
paprika for color, onion powder, garlic powder; under the broiler for a
minute or tow more. Add freshly ground pepper and a smidgen of Old Bay.

It's fish Nirvana : )

Dull and bland: like halibut. Add it to the list of "fish for people who
don't like fish."
